Dispute resolution proceedings in front of a consumer arbitration board
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings in front of a consumer arbitration board.
ADSp - Current version
We work exclusively on the basis of the ADSp (German Freight Forwarders' Standard Terms and Conditions) and - insofar as these do not apply to the provision of logistics services - in accordance with the latest version of the Logistics General Terms and Conditions, taking into account the ADR and GGV. Section 23 of the ADSp limits the statutory liability for damage to goods in accordance with § 431 HGB (German Commercial Code) in the amount of 8.33 SDR/kg per claim or per loss event to 1 million or 2 million euros or 2 SDR/kg, whichever is higher, and in the case of multimodal transports including sea transportation generally to 2 SDR/kg.
